About Us

Sleepy Street was established in 2017 by Sara Street in her mother's kitchen in Las Cruces, NM. There we learned the basics of candle-making, creating eco-friendly, vegan, and non-toxic soy candles. We got our start at the local Farmer's Market and grew a loyal following. We have since moved to Portland, OR and expanded our product line to include a wide array of candle scents, room sprays, and original greeting cards. We have adapted to using a blend of apricot and coconut wax to make sure our candles are inclusive to those experiencing soy allergies. We can't wait to meet you and we hope you enjoy our products!
